Helped my husband try to reach the starter which is supposedly what is wrong with my car, I guess in normal cars these are easily accessible. On my VW Passat wagon it is buried under the car behind a bunch of do-dads....needless to say it's being towed tomorrow to the professionals who have hands like the one pictured above and who also will know what is wrong and charge us accordingly.... but it is worth every single penny they charge!
